Membership

Membership benefits include access to the club's chess library, participation in club tournaments, a club rating for games played, and an opportunity to learn from many experienced players.

Families

Families consisting of more than one adult or one child qualify for family rates. The spouse of an adult member pays $20 instead of $60. The first youth or child pays full dues. Each consecutive sibling (< age 20) pays only $5 annually. Only annual memberships qualify for family rates.

Adults

Adults either pay annual dues of $60, or $35 for a half year, or $20 for a quarter.

Seniors

Adults age 65+ pay $40 for an annual membership, $25 for half-year, and $15 for a quarter year.

Active Military Personnel

Adults pay $25 for an annual membership. No discount appies for less than an annual membership.

Youth

Youth either pay annual dues of $30, or $20 for a half year, or $10 for a quarter. Youth are teenagers, ages 13-19.

Children

Children are ages 12 and below. Dues for children are $15 per year, $10 for half of a year, or $5 for a quarter year.

Visitors

Regardless of age, the first three visits are free. Subsequent visits are $3.00 for adults, $2.00 for seniors, and $1.00 for youth and children.
